Postgraduate Center for Mental Health (PCMH) is seeking a Team Leader for its Queens ACT Team at 163-18 Jamaica Avenue to provide day to day administrative oversight and provision of services to clients. Reporting to the Director of ACT Services, responsibilities include oversight of utilization review, incident reporting, clinical documentation and billing, as well as serving to provide leadership to staff in areas of practice and compliance. Requisite skills include knowledge of community resources, excellent oral and written communication skills and computer literacy. Must have a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling or Psychiatric Nursing with the associated licensure or certification, as well as three (3) years of direct clinical experience with adults in a mental health setting; Preference given to ACT with some supervisory experience.
