LIHTC Associate is responsible for the implementation of PCMH’s Low Income Housing Tax Credit Compliance program. Responsibilities includes travel to the residences to certify tenants and perform file audits, maintain waiting lists and interview prospective tenants, communicate with regulatory agencies and prepare required reports, and ensure PCMH’s compliance materials remain current. A Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years’ experience is preferred. Must have excellent organizational, written and communications skills. Must be outcome and detail oriented in a fast paced environment with deadlines. Must take initiative and pride in the execution of job responsibilities. Must have excellent customer service skills and communicate with others effectively. Must be skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
