Seeking a Full-time Dual Diagnosis Specialist to provide on-site substance abuse assessment, counseling, and referral services to residents requiring such support. Ensures Licensed Housing residents receive quality substance abuse services and care. Maintains documentation in compliance with all regulatory agency requirements, as well as policy and procedures. The Dual Diagnosis Specialist will assist with the planning, organizing, and implementing of specialized mental health, drug, and alcohol services. Services are provided both individually and in group settings. Position involves significant travel. Must have excellent communication skills. High School Diploma or equivalent is required. CASAC-T or CASAC certification required. Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a counselor in a residential, mental health, or related setting. Education may be substituted for some experience. Preferred candidate has a college degree or 2 years of college in a mental health field.
