Chief Operating Officer (COO) is an executive management position reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and is responsible for the overall operations of clinical, residential, ambulatory, and administrative divisions within the agency. COO plans and directs all aspects of the organizations operational policies, procedures, objectives, and initiatives. Under the direction of the CEO, the COO will provide key strategic direction of short term and long term operation goals. COO supervises the Directors of each division and works with them to ensure programs as well as administration remain in compliance with external regulatory requirements, as well as PCMH policies and procedures. COO is required to travel to all programs. Position requires a Master’s degree in field of mental health with a minimum of 10 years’ experience and non-profit industry at executive management level. Candidate must have strong supervisory skills, business acumen with financial management skills and in depth knowledge of billing, excellent verbal and written communicating skills, as well as analytic and computer skills. Must be outcome oriented in a fast paced environment with deadlines. Must take initiative and pride in the execution of job responsibilities.  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record a plus.

Competitive salary depending on experience. Position is bonus eligible and entitled to full benefits, including defined benefit pension and enhanced retirement contribution.
