TITLE: HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR
DEPARTMENT: HUMAN RESOURCES
REPORTS TO: HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR
Provides general administrative support for the Human Resources Department.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Great opportunity to learn all aspects of HR for smart, organized recent college grad.
Responsibilities include benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding, HRIS data entry and creating and keeping current all employee files. Ability to maintain confidential information while being responsive to managers and employees is key.
computer skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as
ability to manage multiple priorities is required.
Bilingual is a plus.
